A) Purchase of goods
For any reason you are not satisficed with your purchase, the buyer shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty in terms of cost.
The buyer shall specify the reasons for the termination in the Return Form by the deadline of 5 working days from the date of delivery of the order.

The return of products must be made, at the sole responsibility of the buyer at the following address:

Products must be returned in the same condition when they were received, ie in perfect condition, and complete with all parts, unused , with the original packaging. It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products shall be entirely borne by the Buyer. The seller will accept in behind of the returned Products reserving the right to see that they have been returned as delivered to the buyer.

The Seller will refund the Buyer the amount paid for the purchase of products, with the exception of the contributions of transport costs and possible duties as scheduled by law, and provided that the Products have been returned in accordance with the above provisions. The refund, after quantification of the amount, will be made by bank transfer to the Purchaser.
Will be responsability of buyer to communicate to the seller the IBAN code in order to make the Bank transfer for the refunds of amount due.
